Region 9 Perinatal Quality Collaborative, in partnership with YOLO Breastfeeding, is accepting applications for the upcoming 45-hour Community Breastfeeding Specialist (CBS) Training! This course provides breastfeeding education, hands-on learning, and educational hours that can count toward the IBCLC exam. Applicants must live or work in one of the six Region 9 counties. Lunch and a stipend will be provided during in-person sessions. Application Deadline: Monday, November 30, 2026.

Join Region 9 Perinatal Quality Collaborative for our December Quarterly Collaborative Meeting on Wednesday, December 2, from 4:00–5:30 PM via Zoom! Connect with community partners, hear updates on maternal and infant health initiatives across Michigan, and learn about upcoming projects and events. Participation and childcare stipends are available for eligible attendees.
